At Riwayat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’re here to help.
Return Policy – 5 Days
Our refund policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund. However, you may still be eligible for an exchange within 14 days (see below).
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate your return.
To apply for a return or exchange, please contact our team via the information provided on our website.
Exchange Policy – 14 Days
You can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. The product must meet the same conditions as required for a return: unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned after the 5-day return window but within 14 days (may qualify for exchange only).
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will receive an email notification confirming that we have received it.

We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via Online Banking. Our moderators will guide you through the necessary steps.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

First, check your bank account again.

Then, contact your bank – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will need to ship it to the address provided via email after your return request is approved.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For your own protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that Bykea and InDrive are not trackable and should not be used for returns.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
